    • 6-11 years: 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times daily 4-5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times daily Not for children under 4 years.

    • Do not store above 25 °C. After opening, store in refrigerator and use up within 6 weeks. Keep out of the reach of young children.

    • Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy life-style.
